Pandora Consulting was formed when the founding members discovered the only thing left in the box was hope. For over a decade Pandora Consulting has strived to bring the knowledge and experience of its members to bear on client issues. The strength has always been the ability to see the bigger picture and how apparently unrelated pieces are part of the same jigsaw.  This is reflected in our interest and epxerience ranging from Innovation to Project Management to Process Improvement to Loss Prevention. In the end we use our knowledge to transform businesses by reducing risk, improving cash flow  or simply doing better things .
